Beating The Cold: Winter Uniforms to the Lerato Youth and Child Care Centre

Indeed, it is a cold winter – and it’s time to beat it. Whilst winter in in the northern parts of South Africa are short, we’ve seen such cold days already. That’s why we have made a contribution for a difference, by donating winter school uniforms to the Meyerton-based Lerato Youth and Child Care Centre on Saturday, 9 June to the value of just over R 14,200.00.

The children that reside at the home attend Destinata, Hoërskool Dr Malan, Laerskool Dr Verwoerd, and Krugerlaan. They received uniforms with each school’s official colours, and sized to fit.

As always, a big thanks to our donors for making this contribution possible – it would not be so without you.
