Food Fund Consignment to Catherine Robson Children’s Home
On 3 October 2015, AAAKEE handed over food and groceries to the Catherine Robson Children’s Home in Duncanville, Vereeniging, which currently caters for over 70 previously disadvantaged children.
The consignment included non-perishable foods, as well as household groceries.
The home receives a small subsidy from the state, yet it depends more on donations from the public for most of its physical requirements.
